Backed by over 15 years of clinical experience, I integrate a number of modalities such as; EMDR, Schema Therapy, CBT, somatic and parts-based approaches.
It’s not linear or prescriptive - it’s relational and intuitive yet explorative and productive whilst rooted in what your mind and body need to truly heal and grow.

I blend EMDR, Schema Therapy, CBT, and somatic techniques with 15 years of experience, neuroscience, attachment theory, relational depth, and nervous system support to help you create change that lasts — in your relationships, your life, and your work.

  • We’ll connect the dots
    Making sense of where your patterns really began — how they were shaped by early experiences, conditioning, the messages you absorbed about who you needed to be, and the rules you were taught about who you should or shouldn’t be.

    Together, we’ll move from the self-blame of “Why am I like this?!” to the curiosity of “What’s the reason I feel this way?” — so you can finally see the root of what’s been keeping you stuck and begin relating to yourself in a way that feels lighter, clearer, and more possible to change.

  • Instead of fighting your reactions - we’ll use evidence-based techniques to work with your nervous system, not against it, helping your body and mind find safety, not struggle.

    You’ll start to notice how things like imposter syndrome, people-pleasing, overthinking, and self-criticism show up - not just in your thoughts, but in your body, emotions, and everyday responses.
    And you’ll begin to meet those moments in a way that opens up change, rather than shutting yourself down.

  • We uncover the unspoken rules you’ve lived by - the ones that told you it was selfish to rest, bad to say no, ungrateful to want more. etc.

    We’ll explore where they came from and what they’ve been protecting you from so you can begin to release what’s not yours to carry and rewrite the beliefs that keep you feeling “too much” and “not enough.”

  • As you build awareness and self-trust, you’ll remember who you were before you were taught you had to be someone else, you’ll reconnect with your wants and needs and learn to express yourself with clarity and calm - without guilt or over-explaining.

    This is where boundaries start to feel empowering rather than terrifying.

  • Through nervous-system-based tools, parts work, and other evidence-based techniques,

You don’t have to see yourself as “traumatised” for this approach to help.

It simply means we’ll go deeper than standard talking therapy — to get to the root of what’s really holding you back.

The experiences, messages, societal conditioning, and protective patterns that once kept you safe may now be keeping you stuck.

Together, we’ll explore what shaped you, how those patterns still show up, and what helps you reconnect with yourself — not through pressure, pretending, or pushing, but through clarity and change that works with your nervous system, not against it.

Whether you’ve told yourself “things aren’t bad enough for therapy,” or you’re already self-aware and have had therapy before that hasn’t ‘worked’ — this is different.

My training and experience mean we go deeper (at your pace) to not only get to the real root of your difficulties — but to actually do something about it.

  • Therapy with me is an investment in long-term change - not quick short-term fixes or surface-level advice. The work we do together is deep, relational, and grounded in over 15 years of clinical experience and advanced training in EMDR, Schema Therapy, CBT, somatic and parts-based approaches.

    Sessions are £120.

    A small number of reduced-fee spaces (from £95) are available each year to help make this work more accessible.

    We map out your visibility story — the fears, rules, and old messages that still whisper in the background. You might already ‘know’ what’s holding you back or what you ‘should’ be doing to move forward but we take this deeper to identify what’s really at the root. This is where you’ll have your first “ohhh, that’s why” moment.

    Notice & Change Unhelpful Patterns: spotting your patterns in real time

    We look at the thoughts, feelings, body responses and behaviours that play out whenever you go to be visible. Once you can notice them, you can start changing them. We’ll design your personalised Visibility Ladder and create grounding rituals so your body feels safe to show up.

    Let Go: rewriting the rules that keep you small

    Together we take the unhelpful rules (for example; “I must get it perfect or I’ll look unprofessional” “I don’t know enough yet”) and turn them into new guidelines you can actually live by - with specific examples and a plan of how to implement the changes.

  • Wherever you prefer - as long as you are in a comfortable and confidential place with strong internet connection and access to Zoom your setting is up to you! This is the beauty of remote therapy.

  • When you invest in therapy or mentoring with me, you’re not just paying for my time—you’re investing in accredited, trauma-informed expertise backed by over 15 years of experience in mental health and 25 years of studying psychology, neuroscience, and attachment.

    Sessions are £120

    Alternatively you may wish to explore the UNLOCK Clarity deep dive session

    You may be able to fund your therapy through insurance such as BUPA, AXA AVIVA or WPA or other third party organisations - please check with your provider and mention this when you make contact.

  • I’m registered with WPA, Aviva, AXA and BUPA and others, however my availability to accept insurance work is often limited. Please mention your insurer when you make contact with me and I can confirm my availability for you.

  • I’m unable to offer free telephone consultations due to limited availability however please do reach out via the contact form with any questions and I will get back to you asap and within 2 working days.

  • You don’t have to be a ‘people-pleaser’ to work with me - if my website, social media content or podcast speak to you then please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

    I have many years experience working with people experiencing a range of difficulties whether that be PTSD, Complex trauma, ADHD masking, panic attacks, social anxiety, worry, overthinking and overwhelm, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties and more.

  • My training, experience and qualifications means I often work with people who have been in therapy before and not felt the benefit. 

    A lot of the people I work with describe previous episodes of therapy where they ‘get it’ but don’t ‘feel it’ and therefore nothing has really changed. This is why my approach is different - it’s all about getting to the root of your difficulties and working from the inside out with the aim of transformation and lasting changes to occur. 

  • Appointments usually take place Monday - Thursday from 9:30am with my latest available appointment taking place at 4pm.

  • Due to the nature of private practice, I’m unable to provide crisis support or respond to urgent requests. If you need emotional support as a matter of urgency please contact the Samaritans on 116 123 or text SHOUT on 85258.  You can also seek support from your GP or local mental health service / crisis team.   If you are concerned you may be at risk of hurting yourself and are worried you may not be able to keep yourself safe please call 999 or attend A&E.

  • The beauty of online remote therapy means you can access our sessions from various geographical locations Unfortunately there are some limits due to my insurance and legalities for example, I’m unable to provide sessions to people based in the USA and Canada unless you are wanting to access coaching or mentoring.  If you want to check we can work together please don’t hesitate to reach out via the contact form
