Backed by over 15 years of clinical experience, I integrate a number of modalities such as; EMDR, Schema Therapy, CBT, somatic and parts-based approaches.
It’s not linear or prescriptive - it’s relational and intuitive yet explorative and productive whilst rooted in what your mind and body need to truly heal and grow.

Awareness isn’t always enough

So much of what drives those patterns lives deeper - not just in your thoughts and beliefs, but in your body too, within the implicit memory network that stores past experiences.

There are parts of you that still remember what you were once told, taught, or made to feel. Perhaps you remember always feeling or being told you’re too sensitive, too dramatic, too needy or ‘too much’
And even though you know now is different to back then, those parts can still believe it isn’t safe to be fully yourself and leave you feeling you’re never quite enough.

When your body starts to believe what your mind already knows, that’s where things begin to shift

This work helps those parts catch up, so you can stop analysing yourself and start remembering who you were before you were taught to be less.

It simply means we’ll go deeper than standard talking therapy — to get to the root of what’s really holding you back.

The experiences, messages, societal conditioning, and protective patterns that once kept you safe may now be keeping you stuck.

Together, we’ll explore what shaped you, how those patterns still show up, and what helps you reconnect with yourself — not through pressure, pretending, or pushing, but through clarity and change that works with your nervous system, not against it.

Whether you’ve told yourself “things aren’t bad enough for therapy,” or you’re already self-aware and have had therapy before that hasn’t ‘worked’ — this is different.

My training and experience mean we go deeper (at your pace) to not only get to the real root of your difficulties — but to actually do something about it.
